    • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
    • 1 cup chopped or sliced almonds (I used about ¼ cup sliced and ¾ cup chopped)
    • ½ cup chopped walnuts
    • ? cup honey
    • ¼ cup light corn syrup
    • ¼ cup light or dark packed brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (I think that I would like to try 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon almond extract next time)
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • ½ cup unsalted roasted sunflower seed kernels
    • ½ cup ground flaxseed
    • 1 cup orange-flavored dried cranberries (or regular dried cranberries)
    • ¼ cup golden or regular raisins (I used the jumbo kind and they were great because of how chewy and "meaty" they were)
    • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
    • ½ M&Ms
