    • Salt and Pepper to Taste
    • 1 loaf Sourdough or crusty bread of choice
    • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    • 2 Gouda Cheese (or any other variety of cheese you love)
    • 1/2 Tbs corn starch
    • 12 ounces evaporated milk
    • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
    • 1/2 tsp salt
