    • 1/2 cup of tasty cheese - grated
    • 1 garlic clove - crushed
    • 1 teaspoon of onion flakes
    • 2 eggs - lightly beaten
    • 3/4 cup of water
    • pinch of salt
    • pinch of pepper
    • olive oil to shallow fry
