    Ingredients

    • 1 small red apple (roughly cut up)
    • a handful of red seedless Grapes
    • ½ a medium sized Carrot or 1 small sized Carrot (roughly cup up with the rough exterior skin removed)
    • 1½-inch thick slice of Ginger (skin removed)
    • ½ a Lemon (juiced)
    • ½ cup of Water
    • 6-8 Ice cubes
    • 4-6 Mint leaves
    • 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider vinegar (optional)
    • 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds (optional)
