- 1/2 cup pasta water or normal tap water
- 1 "14 oz" can evaporated milk
- 2 large eggs
- 6 tablespoon butter
- 10 ounces mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 20 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 10 ounces white cheddar cheese, diced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon white/black pepper
- 1 pack Goya vegetable/salad seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon oil , for greasing the baking dish
