    A delicious Hungarian dish that can be made in a large pot or boiling over a campfire.

    Ingredients

    • 2 C. redskin potatoes, cubed
    • 3 tbs. olive oil
    • 1 small onion, diced
    • 1 tbs. minced garlic
    • 1 large tomato, diced (you could easily substitute a 14 oz can of diced tomatoes, if needed)
    • 1 yellow or green pepper, cut into chunks
    • 2 tbs. hungarian paprika
    • 1 16 oz package of hot dogs, cut into slices
    • salt & pepper to taste
    • 4-5 C. water
