    • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
    • 1/4 cup diced red onion
    • 1 cup shelled edamame
    • 1 (15.5 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (either sweetened or unsweetened)
    • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
