    • 1 29 Ounce Can Hominy, rinsed and drained
    • A Small Handful of Cilantro Sprigs
    • 3 to 4 Cup Vegetable Broth
    • Thinly Sliced Radishes
    • Sliced Green Cabbage
    • Avocado Slices
    • Dried Mexican Oregano, crumbled
    • Lime Wedges for squeezing over the soup
