    • 4 tsp chili powder
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp onion powder
    • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
    • 1/4 tsp oregano
    • 2 lbs ground buffalo
    • 5 ounces mixed salad ( I just bought one of those containers of it)
    • 1 cup shredded cabbage
    • 1 cup shredded carrots
    • 1 cup chopped kale
    • 2 Tbs mashed avocado
    • 2 Tbs lemon juice
    • 2 Tbs olive oil
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    • 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
    • red pepper ( I diced 1 red pepper)
    • tomato ( I diced 1 roma tomato per person)
    • salsa ( I used a spoonful per person) (Note: make sure the salsa is paleo)
    • avocado
    • plantain chips ( I crushed a handful of plantain chips per person) (Note: make sure the plantain chips are paleo, I love trader joes plantain chips )
