    • 1 medium head broccoli, florets and about 1 inch of stem, chopped ((about 2 or 2 1/4 cups))
    • 1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained
    • 1 tbsp egg replacer (I used Bob's Red Mill)
    • 1 tbsp water
    • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
    • Neutral-flavored cooking spray (I used a canola oil spray)
