    • 2 Tablespoons Sake, cooking Sake, or water
    • 1 Tablespoon Mirin
    • 1 Tablespoon sugar
    • 1 pound broccoli florets (Thawed, if frozen.)
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 3 small green onions, chopped
    • Sesame seeds , for garnish, if desired
