    The French are known for their baguette sandwiches. It usually consists of A French baguette stuffed with some sort of meat, cheese and sometimes vegetable. This style of French food has crossed borders and and is now typical of most European countries. (yay for me) They are everywhere! Gas stations, grocery stores, food truck vendors, street vendors – you name it. They are simple, tasty and filling. I eat them with two different purposes. 1. Dinner with a salad when I don’t feel like cooking at ALL! 2. Before a bike ride or I bring one with me for fuel. They are the simplest portables I can think of…. Spread a little butter on it and everything sticks. It’s the European way so it’s totally acceptable;).
