    Ingredients

    • 16 oz white beans (if using canned make sure you rinse beans thoroughly)
    • 1/2 a sweet onion, diced
    • 5 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1.5 c veggie stock (I use Pacific brand)
    • 2 tbls EVOO
    • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
    • salt & pepper to taste
