    • 2-4 TBSP diced red onion
    • 1/2 lime, juiced
    • fresh cilantro (to taste)
    • 1/2 avocado
    • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt ((or your favorite vegan variety!))
    • 1 cup chopped cilantro
    • 1/2 cup water ((adjust as needed))
    • juice of 1 lime
    • 1/2 tsp sea salt
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
