    A quick, easy and delicious spinach salad.

    Ingredients

    • SALAD
    • 2 - 3 cups fresh spinach
    • 1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
    • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
    • Optional: a few fresh cranberries
    • Sprinkle of walnuts
    • Sprinkle of feta cheese
    • DRESSING
    • 3 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (I use canola or avocado mayonnaise)
    • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) sugar, honey or sweetener of your choice
    • 1 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    • Pinch of salt
    • Optional: poppy seeds
