    • 1 tsp cayenne
    • 1 (13.6oz) can of light coconut milk
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
    • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped in chunks
    • 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
    • salt to taste
    • 2 green onions/scallions for garnish
