    • 2 tablespoons Water
    • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
    • 2 cloves Garlic

    • 1 Chicken Breast (Whole cooked)
    • 1 cup Barley (Cooked , Brown Rice or any other Grain)
    • ½ cup (Chopped Vegetables)
    • ½ cup Lettuce (Chopped)
