    • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal (or just additional flour)
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
    • 1/2 cup yogurt
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (I've also used melted coconut oil)
    • 2 bananas, mashed
