    Ingredients

    • ¾ cup granulated sugar
    • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
    • ¼ cup greek yogurt, plain (I used Fage 0%)
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp. rum extract
    • 2 cups all purpose flour
    • 1 tsp. baking powder
    • ¼ tsp. salt
    • Sauce:
    • 2 tbsp. butter
    • ¼ cup brown sugar
    • ¼ cup water
    • ¼ tsp. orange extract or 1 tsp. orange juice
    • 2 tbsp. spiced rum
