    Ingredients

    • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 1/3 cup ketchup
    • 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup vinegar
    • 1 small white onion (grated (see note))
    • 2 5 ounce bags baby spinach (steams removed)
    • 1 15 ounce can bean sprouts (drained)
    • 1 8 ounce can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
    • 3 hard boiled eggs
    • 1 pound bacon (cooked, and crumbled)
    • 2 cups croutons
