    This creamy salad is a great side dish will make a great addition to any weeknight dinner or your next cookout. This salad can be tossed together in about 30 minutes but is better if left to chill before serving.

    Ingredients

    • 2 (16 oz) bags of frozen cauliflower florets
    • 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup chopped crispy bacon or real bacon bits
    • 3 green onions, chopped
    • 3/4 cup of Daisy Sour Cream
    • 1/2 cup of real mayo
    • 2 Tbsp of dry Ranch Mix ( I use the Gwen's Nest recipe that I link to above in my post)
    • Salt and pepper to taste after you have the salad mixed.
