- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 large egg (lightly beaten)

- 1-2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
- 1 tsp EACH garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, dried rosemary, dried oregano, dried basil
- 1/2-1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp EACH dried thyme, freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon dried sage
