    • 9 oz ( 260g) milk chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
    • 150 G Tim Tams, roughly chopped ( about 9-10 cookies)
    • 400 G dark Chocolate (chips or bar chopped up)
    • 200 G milk Chocolate (chips or bar chopped up)
    • 1¾ C ( 450 ML) Heavy Cream
    • ½ C powdered sugar
    • Fondant - Blue and White
