    • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley, stems removed and finely chopped
    • The zest of one lemon, finely grated
    • 1/4 cup/30g capers (preferably salt packed), rinsed, dried and coarsely chopped
    • 1 small clove of garlic, finely minced
    • 1/4 cup pine nuts , lightly toasted and coarsely chopped
    • 2 Tablespoons/30ml extra virgin olive oil
    • Sea salt and pepper to taste
