    • Juice of 1 lime (about 3 tablespoons)
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh mint
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh basil
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
