    Ingredients

    • 1 head of cauliflower
    • 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
    • 1 large yam – peeled and cubed into 1/4 inch pieces
    • 2 chili peppers – seeded and finely chopped
    • 2 cloves of garlic – minced
    • 2 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger
    • 1 bunch of choy sum or bok choy approximately 3 cups
    • 1 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans – rinsed well
    • 1 teaspoon of Chinese Five Spice
    • Salt and pepper to taste
