    • 16 oz. can crushed Dole pineapple (drained)
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 4 tbsp. cornstarch
    • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
    • 1/2 cup reserved Dole pineapple juice
    • 1 large egg (beaten )
