    • Zest from one orange
    • ½ cup + 1 tablespoon [140 ml] fresh orange juice (from one large orange)
    • 3 tablespoons [45 ml] non-dairy milk (I used store-bought oat milk)
    • 2 teaspoons [10 ml] vanilla extract
    • 2/3 cup apple sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon green stevia powder
    • ¼ cup raisins
    • Cinnamon and soft brown sugar for dusting
