    • whipped cream (optional)
    • dash of ground nutmeg or ground cinnamon (optional)
    • 1/2 c granulated sugar
    • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
    • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1 c apple juice
    • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
    • 2 Tbsp salted butter
