    • 1/2 Pound smoked turkey (cut into strips)
    • 6 Ounces fresh mozzarella pearls/balls
    • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
    • Dressing
    • 3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
    • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    • 1 Large clove garlic (pressed or finely chopped)
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
