    • 1 clove chopped small Garlic
    • 8 ounces sliced- can use canned Mushrooms
    • one 5-6 ounce bag, baby works best Spinach
    • 8 large Eggs
    • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
    • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
    • as desired Seasonings such as salt and pepper- optional
    • 1/4 cup Milk
