    I used a yellow onion cause I didn’t have red and added zucchini and it turned out amazing. I’ll keep this in my collection for sure.

    • 1 teaspoon turmeric
    • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon sugar or 1-2 tbsp mango chutney
