    • For the salad dressing:
    • 3 tablespoons natural almond butter, (unsweetened/unsalted)
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
    • 1 teaspoon chili pepper sauce (I used Sriracha) – optional
    • 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
    • For the salad:
    • 5 cups (1/2 head) green cabbage, shredded
    • 2 cups (1/4 head) red cabbage, shredded
    • 1 carrot, shredded
    • 2 cups (1/2 head) romaine lettuce, shredded
    • 1 cup edemame, shelled
    • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
    • 3 tablespoons sliced almonds
    • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
