    These delicious African Buns are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I think a trial will definitely convince you. Though these Buns are deeply fried just like the Puff puff  but they do not absorb as much Oil as the Puff puff and the best part is, you can throw all the ingredients together and your Buns is ready in less than 30 minutes.

    Ingredients

    • 3 Cups All-purpose Flour
    • 1/4 Cup Sugar
    • 2 Teaspoons baking powder
    • A pinch of Salt
    • 3 Eggs
    • 1/4 Cup Butter
    • 3/4 Cup fat-free or reduced fat milk - You can also dilute the liquid can milk in a 50:50 ratio or just use plain Water
    • Enough Vegetable oil enough for deep frying
