    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice onion into slices of desired thickness - you can see I did mine pretty thick. Break apart the pieces. Its okay to keep the little centers as one piece. 2. Mix arrowroot and sea salt. Dredge the freshly sliced onion rings in the arrowroot mixture and put on a parchment lined baking sheet. (You will have some leftover arrowroot mixture.) You may have to be creative to fit as many as possible - so you can put the tiny little circles inside the big circles. 3. Drizzle with your baking fat, then bake at 375 for 30 minutes. You may need to bake them an extra 5 minutes or so - and I would keep an eye on them after 20 minutes because depending on your oven and the thickness, they could burn. But they taste good burnt, too - so no huge deal. 4. Enjoy!
