    Who says jam has to be filled with sugar and take hours to make? This healthy pear jam is ready in 5-minutes, contains no sugar at all and still tastes amazing!

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups (320 g) cored and roughly diced pears (that’s about 2 medium ones, very ripe and soft work best)
    • 2 tablespoons (30 g) chia seeds
    • 3-4 tablespoons (60-80 g) of maple syrup (or your favorite healthy sweetener to taste)*
    • pinch of salt
    • optional flavorings: ½ teaspoon of either vanilla extract, ground cinnamon or finely grated lemon zest
