    Ingredients

    • Bruschetta:
    • 1 heaping cup diced cherry tomatoes (halved if small, quartered if large)
    • 1 minced garlic clove
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
    • For serving:
    • 1 container Sabra Hummus (I love the Pine Nut and Basil for this!)
    • Sliced and Toasted Baguette, Pita Bread and/or Crackers
    • Sliced Cucumbers
    • Baby Carrots
