Summary
These peanut butter bars are very sweet. I typically use 3 cups sugar but you can use less if you prefer. I also like to use a little more graham crackers if I have them. This is the reason for the varying amounts in the recipe below.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (don't worry if there are a few larger "chunks")
- 2 1/2 - 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 (12 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet; use your favorite)
