    These sliders are awesome! Perfect for a football game. Everyone will love these, and they're healthier than the fast food alternative

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb . b0d lean ground beef {94/6 or 93/7}
    • 1/2 lb . lean ground turkey breast
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp ground black pepper
    • 2 tsp garlic powder
    • 2 tsp dried parsley
    • 4 tsp onion flakes
    • 1/2 tsp onion powder
    • 1/2 tsp dried mustard powder
    • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese {blended in a food processor or blender}
    • 2 cups reduced-fat cheese 8 oz., freshly grated, divided {I buy the 8 oz. block of Cabot Sharp Light Cheddar and use all of it}
