    • 2 summer squash, cubed
    • 1 large yellow onion, quartered
    • 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
    • 3 rosemary sprigs, stems removed and chopped
    • 4 thyme sprigs, stems removed and chopped
    • 5 sage leaves, chopped
    • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or more as needed
    • 1 teaspoons black pepper, or more as needed
