    Ingredients

    • 1-2 lb thinly sliced sirloin
    • 1 loaf, jalapeno cheese bread, sliced
    • 8 slice asadero cheese, or your favorite cheese, sliced
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 1 portabello mushroom, sliced
    • · butter
    • · skewers, if using wooden ones, soak in water for about an hour
    • 1 tsp granulated garlic (or powder)
    • 1 tsp granulated onion (or powder)
    • 1 tsp cracked black pepper, pinch of coarse sea salt
    • · mix spices together, sprinkle over meat & veggies
