  • Summary

I love my Weber Genesis E-330 for grilling protein and vegetables. I did a lot of research between getting the grill with cast iron grates or stainless steel and I have to say – I’m really happy with the cast iron choice. The two accessories I can’t live without are the Weber Grill Pan and WITHOUT A DOUBT the Weber cast iron grill griddle. If you have a grill of any kind, you must find this accessory in a suitable size. (You’ll note this one is made for the Weber 300 series.) Cooking on this griddle is creates the perfect surface for your foods – and the clean-up is so much easier! I also love it because we’re prolonging the life of the cast iron grates by not constantly cooking directly on them. So as I was saying – protein and vegetables – amazing. But what about dessert? This girl has a sweet tooth and doesn’t always feel like baking! At your next barbecue, try making grilled chocolate and marshmallow bananas. In just 10 minutes, dessert is served! GRILLED CHOCOLATE AND MARSHMALLOW BANANAS This dessert is pretty rich, so you can figure half of a banana per person. No judgment, however. One time I ate three of those portion sizes. Mmmmkay? With the bananas curve side up, cut through the skin and down through the banana, making sure not to cut too far down. You don’t want to pierce the bottom peel.
