    • 2 tsp of Rosemary
    • 2 tsp of thyme
    • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
    • 1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
    • Capers for topping (optional)
    • 8 pcs of 1/2" slices of 5-grain Italian Loaf

    • Salt to taste
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tsp of dijon mustard
    • 2 tsp of honey
