If you missed the previous freezer meals, you can check them out here: Day One, Day Two, Day Three, Day Four, Day Five, Day Six, Day Seven. Today's recipe is for Sweet Garlic Chicken. It has a great blend of flavors - garlic, BBQ, Asian seasoning and balsamic vinegar. I was worried the chicken would have a strong balsamic flavor, but it didn't. All of the seasonings really mellowed the balsamic out. I couldn't decide what to serve this with. I didn't want to lose all that yummy sauce, so I shredded the chicken and served it over rice. This would also be good over noodles, potatoes or quinoa. I sprinkled the chicken bowl with a little red pepper flakes for a bit of heat. That is totally optional, but we really enjoyed it!
