Breakfast or Dessert?? Any day is crepes day if you want to surprise someone "SPECIAL" mom, sis, or loved ones. This is a favorite of mine, and I top mine with whip cream or powder sugar, or both; even ice cream or sour cream. Sometimes I will even use a fruit flavored yogurt. These are sooo good. - 2 Tbs sugar
- 2 C milk
- 2 Lg eggs
- 2 Tbs melted butter
- 2 cans Comstock strawberry pie filling or flavor of your choice.
